Sarah Blattert


Sarah is the manager at RenCen Fitness and has  had a passion for Fitness ever since she was a little girl! She was an avid runner in high school running track & cross country all 4 years and studying Kinesiology at Michigan State University receiving her Bachelor’s degree in science.  She has been working in the health and fitness industry ever since and LOVES IT!  Specifically at RenCen Fitness you can find her chatting with members and staff, folding towels, or planning our next club event.  Sarah truly loves making fitness fun and creating a sense of community in the club with different events, group exercise classes, and ensuring our team is building great relationships with the members.  Outside of work you can find her spending time with her family & friends, listening to country music, cheering on all Spartan sports, loving on her Min Pin Roscoe and enjoying a cocktail here and there.

Josh Luczak

Fitness Director

Josh has his bachelor degree in exercise science from Western Michigan and a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine from Armstrong State. As our fitness director you can find Josh mostly on our fitness floor helping members learn how to use equipment properly or working one on one with one of his many personal training clients. Josh enjoys participating in triathlons and going skiing with his wife.  When he isn't at RenCen keep an eye out for Josh officiating at any local college football or high school basketball games

Justin Ward


When Justin was 4 his parents introduced him to sports and fell in love with competition and trying to be the best athlete he could be. It was actually his mother who encouraged him to become a personal trainer! Justin has been a trainer for about 7 years now and loves sharing all he knows about working out and seeing people get stronger and into shape. His philosophy personally and in his classes is to push yourself to the max and most importantly listen to your body; remember rest is just as important as your workouts! When he's not at RenCen you can find Justin riding his motorcycle, watching ALL Michigan sports, boxing and spending time with his family and son Riley.

Carmen Cotto-Jackson


Carmen has always loved choreography and the best way for her to pursue her passions is to teach her wonderful, unique, and always fun classes! You can find Carmen teaching Tabata, Danceden, or our Barre and Bubbly classes. Teaching class not only helps Carmen stay mentally and physically healthy but it allows her to share her happiness and energy with our members and sharing in her success is seeing her clients and members feeling good, having fun, and enjoying life! Carmen loves to vacation Up North, go on cruises, and attend fitness conferences but she will stop dead in her tracks for her pitbull Pedro.  

Dru Roby



Dru fell in love with fitness back in high school pursuing his passions in swimming, cycling, roller skating, and jogging. His passion then has created one of RenCen's fantastic instructors. You can find Dru leading any one of our group fitness classes or personal training with his clients one on one or even in small groups. Dru strives to motivate and push his clients to reach their fitness goals within a safe and fun environment. When he isn't at RenCen you can find Dru reading, cooking, meditating, or watching his favorite movies. 

Amanda Taveras



Amanda grew up in dance, theater, and music bring her the joy of balance and movement over her entire life. After taking a yoga class in college Amanda found herself with a new passion leading her to obtain her certification in Yoga Instruction. Through her practice Amanda found an additional passion for the muscle isolating, rhythmic, fun, yet challenging practice of Barre. For her, both Yoga and Barre are based on strength, creating flexibility, and inspiring playful, self-exploring attitude. Amanda loves helping people build a stronger relationship with themselves and is one of the newest instructors to join our team! 

Jennifer Cracchiolo



Jen is our resident "lunch lady" meaning you can find her Monday through Thursday teaching our lunch hour yoga, pilates, cycle, barre, and activate all here at RenCen. Jen is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and achieve a healthy relationship with their mind and body and she absolutely LOVES what she does! When she isn't at RenCen you can find her training for any one kind of race like running, swimming, or cycling only when she isn't doing yoga of course! Jen has three daughters one stepdaughter and stepson who keep her busy in her spare time. 

Aaron Wilson

Pilates Instructor

Aaron has been studying fitness for about 20 years. He started studying dance in college while being a scrub on the football team at Wayne State and was attracted to Pilates through some of the dance classes. Aaron has been teaching Pilates ever since including over 10 years at RenCen Fitness.  He then went on to study and Apprentice massage at Irene’s Myomassology Institute. He has certifications in Active Isolated Stretching and Myoskeletal Alignment.  He uses his knowledge of movement and exercise like tai chi, yoga and try to blend these philosophies, concepts and authoritative styles into a fun, educating and well balanced nature. Come by to class, or book a private session and learn something about feeling good!​

Andrea Kuhn


Andrea has always had an interest in fitness and once she joined RenCen and took her first cycling class she fell in love! That class lead her to her Indoor Cycling Certification and she participated in her first triathlon! Her goal is to create a class environment where everyone feels comfortable coming regardless of their fitness level and giving it a try! She loves working with everyone at RenCen and each and every person she meets whether she is in class, on a treadmill, or walking around and socializing with everyone. Andrea enjoys photography and currently is training for an ironman!

Steve Schwinke


Steve Schwinke is currently the Director of Advanced Development and Concepts in GM’s Global Product Development Organization.  A  graduate of the University of Michigan and Santa Clara Universities he holds 25 patents in the area of Telematics and serves on TIA’s Board or Directors. 

Steve has been teaching indoor cycling for almost 3 years.  Steve’s classes focus on burning calories while maintaining  a fun relaxed environment while playing the most creative music in southeast Michigan.   Steve is also a DJ specializing in tailgates and graduation parties and is the voice of Canton High School football.


Megan Gordon



Megan's passion for fitness originated at Ohio State as a walk on to the D1 Rowing Team, got cut and fought hard to make it back on to the team. She was aFour year varsity athlete, 2002 & 2006 Big Ten Champion. Her goal is to spread the passion through teaching spin classes and coaching high school girls' rowing. Outside of RenCen you can find Megan traveling or training for her own goal of running a marathon in every major city she's lived in - so far she has finished in San Francisco, Columbs, DC, Chicago, and Shanghai! She loves making fitness fun and accessible for everyone at RenCen.

Destiny Williams

Front Desk


Destiny is one of our fabulous front desk associates.   She is a graduate of Western Michigan University and interning at the Mayor's office.  She loves traveling and actually lived in Quebec for 6 months where she was able to practice her french.  When Destiny is not working you can find her spending time with family & friends, traveling and keeping busy.

Nina Morgan



Nina is our resident Housekeeper at RenCen fitness. She takes pride in her job as a housekeeper, by keeping the fitness center in tip top shape for all of our wonderful members. Nina can be found around RenCen always with a smile on her face and a cheerful "Hello" to everyone! When she's not busy with RenCen Fitness she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants to eat at and going out to the movies.  

Sharaya Solomon

Front Desk


As the front desk associate at RenCen Fitness Sharaya helps make the member's experience fun! Saying "hello" to every person that walks in and out of our doors is her signature. Her favorite exercise machine is the Elliptical and her favorite workout to do is dancing. You can find her at the front desk or on the main floor making sure it's a clean and motivating atmosphere. Sharaya first got interested in fitness after taking 3 fitness electives in one semester in her undergrad at Wayne State University. Now, an education grad student at W.S.U. she likes to promote a healthy lifestyle to show that anyone, on any given day, can "get into fitness." She loves working for Rencen Fitness and says her work family is the best!
