Amanda grew up in dance, theater, and music bring her the joy of balance and movement over her entire life. After taking a yoga class in college Amanda found herself with a new passion leading her to obtain her certification in Yoga Instruction. Through her practice Amanda found an additional passion for the muscle isolating, rhythmic, fun, yet challenging practice of Barre. For her, both Yoga and Barre are based on strength, creating flexibility, and inspiring playful, self-exploring attitude. Amanda loves helping people build a stronger relationship with themselves and is one of the newest instructors to join our team!
