Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hour prior to appointment. Any session cancelled less that 24 hours in advance may result in redemption of monthly session. All appointments start on time and run for 10 minutes only. If a member shows up late their time will be adjusted so that other appointments are not affected.
